These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Aparna Customer App and the associated website (“Application”). By accessing, registering, or using the Application, you

1. Eligibility

By using the Application, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old,
  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement, and
  • The information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. User Account

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials,
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account,
  • Update your information when required.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or policy violations.

3. Use of the Application

You agree to use the Application only for:

  • Viewing project details,
  • Monitoring construction progress,
  • Making online payments,
  • Accessing updates, communication, and support related to your booking.

You agree not to:

  • Engage in unauthorized access, hacking, or security breaches,
  • Use the Application for fraudulent or illegal activities,
  • Misuse or alter content, data, or features within the Application,
  • Upload malware, harmful files, or disrupt the Application in any way.

4. Payments & Transactions

  • All payments made through the Application must be valid and authorized.
  • Payment information is processed securely via our third-party payment partners.
  • Aparna Constructions is not responsible for delays, payment gateway issues, or failures arising from external platforms.
  • Receipts and confirmations will be shared upon successful transactions.

5. Communication Consent (Mandatory for RCS Messages)

By registering on our Application or submitting your contact details, you explicitly consent to receive:

  • RCS (Rich Communication Services) messages,
  • SMS and WhatsApp alerts,
  • Transactional and service updates,
  • Project progress notifications,
  • Promotional messages, offers, and announcements.

This consent overrides any existing DND/NCPR registration on your number, as allowed by telecom regulations.

You may opt out of promotional messages at any time by contacting us; however, you may continue to receive important transactional and service-related communication.

6. Intellectual Property

All logos, trademarks, text, graphics, images, data, and software associated with the Application are the exclusive property of Aparna Constructions and Estates Pvt. Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written consent.

7. Third-Party Services

The Application may include links, integrations, or services provided by third parties (such as payment gateways). We are not responsible for:

  • Content,
  • Availability,
  • Data handling practices,
  • Security of such third-party services.

Users should review their respective policies.

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using the Application, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

We strive to maintain accurate information and uninterrupted service. However, we do not guarantee:

  • Error-free content,
  • Continuous availability,
  • Protection from technical disruptions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aparna Constructions shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of data,
  • Payment delays,
  • Service interruptions,
  • Damages arising from misuse of the Application.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aparna Constructions from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Application or your breach of

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Application without notice if:

  • You violate these Terms,
  • You misuse services,
  • We are required to comply with law or regulatory action.

Upon termination, your access ceases immediately.

12. Modifications

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Application or website. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
